Sandra Joyce Davis (78) joyfully went to be with the Lord on December 7, 2021, in Spokane, WA. Sandy was born on January 5, 1943, to Don and Joyce Worthington in Fort Lewis, WA. She spent the first three years of her life in Bremerton, WA living with her mom and grandparents while her father served as a lineman in Europe during WWII. When he returned to the states her family moved to Spokane where she enjoyed 4-H and spending time with her horses. She graduated from Rogers High School and represented her school as a Lilac Princess in 1961. Soon after high school she married and had three children: Scott, Troy and Kim. They were later divorced, and Sandy married Pat Davis in 1971. Shortly after marriage they became Christians, and this faith became the center of their lives. In her love for family and friends she could always be counted on for prayer and intercession. She was an excellent wife, mother, and homemaker. She recently celebrated her 50 th wedding anniversary. Sandy taught herself the skill of accounting so she could help run their business, Trinity Resources.
Pat and Sandy traveled extensively. Making several trips to Alaska and her favorite destination, Israel. Sandy was a devoted mother and grandmother, spending countless hours with the grandkids camping, school functions, birthdays and holidays. She was also delighted as the great grandkids started arriving. She enjoyed cross-stitching, making 100's of Christmas ornaments with love and care. She suffered with chronic pain for several years and was ready to be welcomed home by Jesus her Savior. Sandra is survived by her husband Pat Davis, son Scott Gay, daughter Kim Williams (Mark), stepdaughter Kelly Ulrich (Vince), 6 grandkids and their spouses, and 13 great-grandchildren. She was proceeded in death by her beloved son Troy, stepdaughter Laura, sister Connie Myall, and brother Nick Worthington. Sandy Davis was loved and cherished by all and loved all, she will be missed and remembered by family, friends and fellow saints.
