Penny Ann (Neve) Price, 77, went to heaven on July 19th, 2025, in Deer Park, WA surrounded by her family.  She was born to Douglas and Dorothy (Christensen) Neve on Feb 17th 1948, in Council Bluffs, Iowa. After graduating from Abraham Lincoln High School in Council Bluffs in 1966, she married her high school sweetheart Richard (Dick) Price, on August 16th, 1969. She worked at the Iowa Highway Commission in Ames, Iowa to put Dick through college.  Then they moved with the Army to Kaiserslautern, Germany where Shane was born in 1972. After three years in Germany, they moved back to the United States to be close to family in Post Falls, Idaho, where Angela was born in 1976.

Penny and Dick settled in Deer Park, WA in 1982 where they built a lifetime full of lasting friendships and memories. Penny stayed home with the two kids, while working on and off at Tri-County Christian Center. She was very active in the Deer Park School District for over 20 years, where she started by volunteering to keep a close eye on her kids, and then continued showing her love of children by working in the Preschool.

Penny enjoyed life, spending time with her family and friends, entertaining, mothering, reading, driving fun cars, going to the lake, traveling and of course cruising.  Christmas was her favorite time of the year.  She especially loved being a grandmother.

Penny was preceded in death by her parents, Douglas and Dorothy Neve and her brother Douglas Neve II of Windsor, MO. She is survived by her husband Dick Price of Deer Park, WA.  Children; Shane Price and wife Jenny of Spokane, WA and Angela (Price) Bridges and husband Brian of Spokane Valley, WA. Grandchildren; Sydnie (Price) Thorne and husband Ashton, Colby Price and Jordan Bridges and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Please join us for a memorial service to be held at Northview Bible Church, 13521 N. Mill Rd, Spokane, WA on Wednesday, August 6th at 2:00pm. A private family graveside service will be held at the Veterans Cemetery prior to the memorial.
