Jim passed away peacefully on July 31, 2022 with his wife and mom by his side. He was born on July 18, 1963 to Robert & Susan Blair, the first of four siblings. Jim grew up and went to school in Deer Park, WA. He loved the outdoors, enjoyed landscaping, gardening and fishing. Jim also loved his music (the louder the better) and sports - "Go Steelers!"

Jim is survived by his wife Debbie, mom Susan, step-sons Stacey Chambers, Cody (Faith) Chambers, children Rachel Blair and Dakota Blair, sister Jena (Dan) Nickerson and grandchildren Devin, Anthony, Zac, Austin, Lincoln and Klara. Jim was preceded in death by his father Robert and brothers Mathew and Jason.

Though he is out of sight, he will be forever in our hearts!
