Carolyn Kane Hambidge, born Feb 27, 1941, in Grand Forks, North Dakota, passed away peacefully at her home in Colbert, Washington, on Dec 01, 2025, at the age of 84.

She was a devoted wife to Jim for 61 years, and a loving mother to Michael Hambidge (Carrie) and Marcy Burchett (Steve).  She was a proud grandmother to Sarah Hambidge, Carissa Abbott (Tristan), Kevin Burchett (Sally), Suzannah Joyce (Gabriel) and Alice Darantiere (Charles).  Carolyn had three great-grandchildren at the time of her death.

Carolyn had been an active parishioner of St Mary Presentation Catholic Church in Deer Park, where she participated joyfully in the music ministry for many years.

An enthusiastic businesswoman, Carolyn helped Jim run the Springdale Lumber Company from 1970 to 1992. She was speedy with her 10-key during those years.  Carolyn later worked for Incyte Pathology until her retirement.  Her talent, vision, and cheerful spirit will not be forgotten.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Friday, December 05, 2025, at St. Mary Presentation Church in Deer Park.
